Better People Solutions (BPS) is a one – stop HR solutions provider created in the United Arab Emirates that seeks to partner with progressive organisations to explore together people possibilities for achieving steady growth and superior performance.

We are a team of professionals with three decades of experience in FMCG, Retail, Distribution, Financial Services etc. seeking an opportunity to exercise inherent skills at unleashing the potential in others. Passionate about people development and possessing the ability to facilitate an environment of openness, trust and caring while retaining focus on meeting top line and bottom line targets.

Addressed the training needs of over 3500 officers of the company and provide support to the restructured officer’s HR Cell for the conducting of Development as well as Assessment Centers.

IFFCO GROUP Of COMPANIES UAE

Delivered training to managers from Sales/ Marketing, Human Resources, Information Technology, Supply Chain by conceptualising a 52 week management trainee schema.

Addressed the Human Resource needs of the Sales team effectively leading to drastic reduction in attrition and improvement in employee morale.

Instilling rigour in the performance management process of the business by ensuring the setting of “SMART” objectives, training managers in conducting appraisals, and ensuring reviews as per time lines.

Mr. Varghese holds a Masters Degree in Personnel Management (M. L. S.) University of Mumbai & Recipient of the “Thought Leader” Award during the UAE Exchange Leadership Programme conducted by Indian Institute of Management Studies Bangalore.

Adding more feathers to his cap, Mr. Varghese recieved The Young HR Achiever Award for the from Indira Institute of Management, Pune & Centre for change management, Mumbai & his white paper titled “Role of Change Agent” was published by Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
